What to ask, what you get

• "Do you handle my type of case?" → GET /agent/services: Practice areas with who each is for, what it covers, and the matters referred out. Then: `request_consultation` (Request a consultation).
• "Are you admitted to the bar in my state?" → GET /agent/credentials: Bar admissions, board certifications and years in practice, each with a proof URL.
• "Is the consultation free, and how are fees structured?" → GET /agent/pricing-guidance: Consultation fee, contingency or hourly structure, and what drives the cost. Then: `request_consultation` (Request a consultation).
• "Who are you, what do you do, and where do you serve?" → GET /agent/summary: The one-screen answer: who, what, where, credentials with proofs, and the next step. Then: `request_consultation` (Request a consultation).
• "When is the earliest you can see me?" → GET /agent/availability: Hours, typical response time, whether new clients are accepted, and the earliest open slot when a scheduler is connected. Then: `book_appointment` (Book an appointment).
• "Do you serve my area?" → GET /agent/service-area: Cities, counties and states served, travel radius, and whether remote or virtual service is available. Then: `request_callback` (Request a callback).

Tools listed providers may expose

• request_consultation (primary) — Request a personal injury consultation with this firm. Use it when someone describes being hurt in an accident or by someone else's negligence and wants to talk to the firm. Fill every fact the person already stated; do not ask for identity or consent here — the response returns a reference and a confirm step (confirm_request) that collects the name, a phone or email, and consent. Creates a request the firm receives: call only when the person asks to be contacted by the firm.
• check_fit — Check whether a personal injury matter is one this firm takes on, before requesting a consultation. Returns may_qualify, outside_scope or needs_attorney_review with the reasons, the firm's routing, and the disclaimer to read back. It is a screening of the firm's scope, never legal advice or a prediction of the outcome. Read-only; safe to call first.
• confirm_request — Confirm a pending request_consultation or request_callback with the person's name, a phone number or email, and their consent. Returns the receipt: reference, expected response time and what to have ready. Call once, after the person has agreed and read the fine print.
• get_prep_checklist — What the person should gather before a personal injury consultation with this firm (documents, dates, names), by case type. Read-only; use it to answer "what do I need to bring" and to set expectations after a request is confirmed.
• request_callback — Ask the firm to call the person back about a personal injury matter. Returns a reference and a tracked number the person can also tap to call now; the confirm step (confirm_request) collects the phone number and consent. Creates a request: call only when the person asks to be called.
