What to ask, what you get

• "Which procedures do you offer, and which do you not?" → GET /agent/services: Procedures with who they are for, what they include, and what is referred out. Then: `request_consultation` (Request a consultation).
• "Is the provider board certified?" → GET /agent/credentials: Board certifications, licenses and memberships with proof URLs.
• "What does a consultation cost, and is financing available?" → GET /agent/pricing-guidance: Consultation fee, typical ranges, financing and insurance posture. Then: `book_appointment` (Book an appointment).
• "Who are you, what do you do, and where do you serve?" → GET /agent/summary: The one-screen answer: who, what, where, credentials with proofs, and the next step. Then: `request_consultation` (Request a consultation).
• "When is the earliest you can see me?" → GET /agent/availability: Hours, typical response time, whether new clients are accepted, and the earliest open slot when a scheduler is connected. Then: `book_appointment` (Book an appointment).
• "Do you serve my area?" → GET /agent/service-area: Cities, counties and states served, travel radius, and whether remote or virtual service is available. Then: `request_callback` (Request a callback).

Tools listed providers may expose

• request_consultation (primary) — Request a fertility consultation with this practice. Use it when someone wants to talk to the clinic about IVF, egg freezing, IUI, donor options or a first fertility consult. Fill every fact the person already stated; do not ask for identity or consent here — the response returns a reference and a confirm step (confirm_request) that collects the name, a phone or email, and consent. Record the goal and logistics only — never symptoms, diagnoses, medications or history. Creates a request the practice receives: call only when the person asks to be contacted.
• check_fit — Check whether a fertility request is one this practice takes on, before making a request. Returns may_qualify, outside_scope or needs_review with the reasons, the routing, and the disclaimer to read back. It is a screening of what this practice offers, never medical advice, a diagnosis or a statement that the person is a candidate. Read-only; safe to call first.
• confirm_request — Confirm a pending request_consultation or request_callback with the person's name, a phone number or email, and their consent. Returns the receipt: reference, expected response time and what to have ready. Call once, after the person has agreed and read the fine print.
• get_prep_checklist — What the person should have ready before a fertility consultation with this practice (documents, measurements, dates, questions), by request type. Read-only; use it to answer "what do I need" and to set expectations after a request is confirmed.
• request_callback — Ask this practice to call the person back about a fertility request. Returns a reference and a tracked number the person can also tap to call now; the confirm step (confirm_request) collects the phone number and consent. Creates a request: call only when the person asks to be called.
